Greetings Darby Estates Residents,
It has been an eventful year but we are finally nearing the end of our 2018 projects. This year we focused on reviewing policies, contracts, and processes while gathering information on the condition of our common elements. While some projects needed to be completed immediately for safety, cost savings, or compliance reasons, other projects will be planned into the 2019 budget or as future reserve items. We are pleased with the productive year and look forward to meeting with all of the Association Members at the Annual General Meeting on November 19th at 6 PM in the Community Center.
